No, I haven't been ignoring the writing. I've been working very hard when I'm not letting myself procrastinate by following too many e-mail lists. I'm at 40K which only seems like not much more. In fact quite a lot has changed. I'm closing in on the nature of the relationship between the h/h and certain ideas have dropped out entirely, for example, the original antagonist, gone. Consigned to the trash file. My agent forwarded a nice little rejection letter from NAL regarding the MS for Lord Ruin. Not sure what to make of it exactly. So, at any rate, things are going well enough.
