oops

Last night I did a monumentally boneheaded thing. And I'm going to admit it right here in this space. It was late you understand, and I was tired. So I wrote/edited a chapter I needed to split in two. Did the required file renames. Copied the stuff going into the new chapter, brought up the chapter to be cloned pasted in my text and forgot to rename. Result? Edited chapter gone. I won't bore you with the geeky details but the night's work was to gone.

sigh

I'm working at lunch to redo it.

Noooo!
yes. Rats.
Know how you fell, Carolyn. I replied to interview questions a few days ago, by 'reply' on the incoming email. It was about 1000 words.

You can guess. I forgot to save and came out of the damn email - all gone. Had to do the whole interview again.

Anthony James Barnett - author
Oh, gosh, Anthony, that's terrible! So many words.... So much time.

The school of hard knocks. Sigh.
