Imagine something cool here

It's late. It's been a long, tough week here at Jewel central. Tomorrow I have to go to a function for the day job. Sigh. I've been mulling over Xia and think I've made plotting progress.

Also, even though the MacBook Air is waaayy overpriced, and I can't afford it, I want one. Rats.

Day job? Macophilia? Me too!

Juggling Real Time commitments with writing desires... Somehow, I don't picture Jane Austen and co having to do this...

The thing is, I may be on of the few people for whom the Mac Air is not a bad choice. My current laptop is heavy. But I only use it connected to power at hotels and coffee shops or on battery sitting in the car at soccer practices and the like. As long as I get 2+ hours of battery time, I'm OK. It's just sooo expensive once you get all the stuff you need with it.

Yeah, I hear you about Real Time commitments and writing. Sigh. Thanks for the comment!
