Alas, poor Holiday Weekend, I knew you well and Labored Not

Today I was supposed to catch up on Scandal but I didn't. I slept until nine (heaven!) then took my son to breakfast. He was so tired from soccer he want to bed at 9:00pm last night and actually managed to be out of bed before me this morning. After breakfast we went to the bookstore. Yeah. Uh oh. More books in the TBR.

I need to at least pretend to look at Scandal tonight, so I'm off for some work.

Sigh.

Yesterday, I might have moved from my couch to my kitchen and back. I didn't touch my computer or even turn on my cell phone. So I think we might be in the same boat. But wasn't a lovely boat?

Thanks for the offer, Sybil. I did indeed pretend to work, as in, Carolyn got distracted and went to bed.
