I'm a Geek -- and Proud of it!

I love wiki technology and have been lusting after having one to run locally without the hassle, danger and general irritation of using IIS server. There is now a wiki that essentially runs locally and today I have it working on my laptop and my desktop. I have to jet off to get the son to soccer practice so I'll post some pics later and try to describe it. But I foresee this as VASTLY improving my development process for story and world building not to mention keeping track. I can save the word processor for exactly that -- word processeing.

So, it's another grand experiment, the 2nd this year! (The first was Amazon Connect, which reminds me I need to check and see if they've taken it live and if so, see what it does for me before I go generally blabbing to other writers...)
