A guilty moment here. My son is in the shower and will be done dancing and singing in about 10 minutes. (Hope he remembers there's soap and shampoo in there and that he's supposed to use it...) Not enough time to start any writing, no more interesting emails (that's carolyn AT carolynjewel.com ) so I'm blogging. Dark Elf is going well. I now have to rewrite most of chapter 1 and all of chapter 2, but that's OK. I've been working on the synopsis and trying desperately to leave out the crap that doesn't matter. Things are complexifying nicely. So, really, I'm pretty happy. This weekend is soccer, it'll be an overnight, 2 games on Saturday, 1 game on Sunday... So, here's hoping I can get some work done and that it doesn't rain.
