Moving Right Along....

You know what annoys me about blogger? Alt+S means publish. In Word Perfect (and Word) Alt+S means Save. As a paranoid neurotic writer, how many times do you think I hit Alt+S to save what I've just done? Yup. About a bazillion times a minute. So that last post wasn't quite done. Too bad. I'm too tired to fix it.

Heh. I completely sympathize. Last year, I bought an iBook as my laptop, entering the World of Mac after years of being a Windows Power User.

It's not CTRL+S or CTRL+P or CTRL+whatever to do a function -- it's Apple Key+S, which is in just a slightly different place and I had to get used to it all over again.

The real fun? I still use Word at work, so there are times at both work and home I'm hitting the wrong keys.

Oh, gosh! My sympathies on that. That must be really frustrating. If I'm ever rich and famous, or just rich, that would be OK, I'd buy a Mac.
